Soul's Jackson takes monthly honors

Philadelphia Soul wide receiver Chris Jackson was named the AF"s top offensive player for March.

Jackson (6-2, 200, Washington St.) leads the AFL in scoring (114 pts) and receiving touchdowns (19) and helped lead the Soul to a perfect 5-0 record in March.

Jackson’s 19 receiving touchdowns rank fourth-highest in AFL history for five games to begin a season and earned Co-Offensive Player of the Week Honors in Week 4 for his 10-reception, 167-yard, six-touchdown performance against the Los Angeles Avengers. He is the only player this season to amass six touchdowns in a game.
