Live CFFC 5 coverage - Gracie - Lydell
Atlantic City, NJ (Phanatic Magazine) - Gregor Gracie overwhelmed Josh Lydell in a welterweight battle. Gracie almost secured a heel hook in the opening seconds and dominated from there. He rained down a series of elbows before finally turning Lydell for a choke with just under a minute to go in Round 1.

Lydell is a joke. Welcome to a wonderful and painful career of making other people's records look good. You have to wonder, when the guy can't seem to win anything, if he really just hates himself and loves the punishment.
