The Philadelphia Soul signed offensive lineman Justin Cleveland to the practice squad Friday, and released offensive lineman Steve Edwards and wide receiver Jamall Broussard.
Cleveland is a seven-year AFL veteran and was with the Orlando Predators this preseason before being released.
Broussard played in one game with the Soul, starting and making five catches for 44 yards in Philly’s 60-49 win over Chicago last Sunday.
Edwards had been on the Soul’s roster since training camp but was inactive for both games this season.
