Oft-injured Eagles RB Brian Westbrook is back working on team drills at practice today.
Meanwhile, Trent Cole and Brent Celek, who both have AC shoulder sprains, are working out with training staff. Linebacker Omar Gaither has joined the ranks of the walking wounded and missed practice with a knee sprain.
