According to NHL.com, Flyers winger Simon Gagne has left Team Canada's camp with a mild strain of his right groin. He was examined by Team Canada’s medical trainer and team orthopedic physician who believed that it was not a serious injury.
Gagne will fly back to Philadelphia today and be examined by Flyers team orthopedic physician, Peter DeLuca, tomorrow afternoon.
