The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to terms with WR Jeremy Maclin on a five-year contract. Maclin got just over $9 million in guaranteed money in the deal.
A versatile and explosive receiver and return specialist, Maclin (6-0, 198), Maclin, the club’s first round draft choice in 2009. established himself as one of college football’s most dangerous offensive threats during his two-year career at Missouri. A two-time All America selection, Maclin scored 33 total touchdowns and amassed 5,609 all-purpose yards. He set single-season records at Missouri with 102 receptions and 1,260 receiving yards in 2008.
