Former 'Nova star Foye out with injured knee

The Minnesota Timberwolves announced that guard Randy Foye suffered a stress reaction of his left patella and willbe out indefinitely.

An MRI and a CT Scan on Monday revealed the injury.

Foye, a second-year guard from Villanova, earned NBA All-Rookie First Team honors in 2006-07.

The seventh overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, Foye averaged 10.1 points and2.8 assists in all 82 games for the 'Wolves last season.
