Eagles right tackle Jon Runyan missed practice Friday after bruising his tailbone in a training room fall.

Runyan, who has started 183 consecutive NFL games, slipped while getting into a tub Thursday and landed on the tub's edge.

Despite the injury, Runyan expects to start against the Chicago Bears Sunday..

“It happened after practice yesterday," coach Andy Reid said at his Friday afternoon press conference.."He was going in the cold tub, and he slipped. It’s a long way down to that tailbone. When it happened he was sore, and this morning when he woke up it was sore. It wasn’t an increase in soreness, or decrease. He should be ready to go for the game."
