The Philadelphia Flyers announced today that they have recalled forward Stefan  Ruzicka from the Flyers' American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia  Phantoms, according to club General Manager Paul Holmgren.
Ruzicka, 22,  was scoreless in one game for the Flyers this season. He has recorded three  goals and five assists for eight points and 23 penalty minutes in five games for  the Phantoms this season. He leads the team in points with eight (tied for first  in the AHL). In 40 regular season games for the Flyers last season, Ruzicka  registered three goals and 10 assists for 13 points and 18 penalty minutes. He  also posted 27 points (16G,11A) and 29 penalty minutes in 32 games for the  Phantoms during the 2006-07 season.
Over parts of two seasons with the  Flyers (2005-06 and 2006-07), Ruzicka has recorded three goals and 10 assists  for 13 points and 20 penalty minutes in 42 regular season games. He was  originally drafted by the Flyers in the third round (81st overall) of the 2003  NHL Entry Draft.
