As the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers prepare a same-day double-header at the WachoviaCenter on Friday, November 27, Comcast-Spectacor is hosting a Black Friday door buster sale at the Fan Gear store on Friday, November 27, starting at 7 a.m.
“Beat the Clock” discounts will be in effect on most Flyers, 76ers and “Remember the Spectrum” merchandise. Fans who take advantage of the early hours can receive 30-percent off selected items from 7 a.m. until 8 a.m., 20-percent off selected items from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m., and 10-percent off selected items from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Philadelphia Flyers alumni will attend the special sale and autograph gifts for customers.
In addition to special merchandise discounts, Comcast-Spectacor is also offering amazing ticket offers, too. Customers who spend more than $100 at Fan Gear on Black Friday will receive two free tickets to see the Adirondack Phantoms play a rare game at the Wachovia Center against the Norfolk Admirals on Friday, December 4 at 7 p.m. Customers who spend more than $200 at Fan Gear on Black Friday will receive two free Club Box seats to an upcoming Flyers or Sixers game. Customers who spend more than $300 at Fan Gear on Black Friday will receive four Club Box seats to an upcoming Flyers or Sixers game.
During the sale, fans will also have an opportunity to commemorate the historic Spectrum by owning a piece of the venerable arena, which closed its doors for the final time on Halloween night. Fans will have an opportunity to place orders for authentic Spectrum seats, purchase pieces of the basketball court, or purchase from a diverse line of "Remember the Spectrum" clothing and novelty items at the Wachovia Center Fan Gear store and receive the Black Friday discounts. Discounts will not apply to authentic Spectrum memorabilia.
Additional special Black Friday offers include discounts and special offers for the Philadelphia Wings indoor lacrosse team, the Flyers Wives Fight for Lives Carnival, Disney on Ice presents Let’s Celebrate, Disney Live Rockin’ Road Show, and the World Famous Harlem Globetrotters.
Fans who pre-ordered the Flyers limited-edition Winter Classic jerseys will be able to pick them up during the Black Friday sale.
The Black Friday sale discount offers does not include jerseys, jersey lettering, and memorabilia.
Following the massive Black Friday sale, the Flyers will host the Buffalo Sabres at 1 p.m., and later that same day, the 76ers will host Atlanta Hawks at 7 p.m. The AT&T Pavilion at the WachoviaCenter will remain open between the two games for fans who wish to stay for the Sixers game.
The Fan Gear Store at the WachoviaCenter will also have special holiday hours on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning on Monday, November 30 and running through Wednesday, December 23.
