Drabek is 3rd best prospect in EL

He was untouchable but he's not quite the best prospect in the Eastern League. According to Baseball America, Kyle Drabek is the third best prospect in the EL following Pittsburgh 3b Pedro Alvarez and San Francisco P Madison Bumgarner. Two other Phils made the top 20, OF Domonic Brown at No. 6 and OF Michael Taylor at No. 9.
