So says SI's Jon Heyman, who quotes sources familiar with the talks saying a marriage between the Phils and Martinez "seems inevitable.
Heyman also says the former three-time Cy Young Award winner could arrive for a physical on Tuesday.
UPDATE: The Inqy is reporting Pedro is in town to take a physical and could be a Phillie by Wednesday. Meanwhile, Todd Zolecki reports Pedro is not in town, but will be later today and may take his physical tomorrow but that has not been finalized.
Rock solid reporting as always. All we need now is the realtor reports saying Pedro plopped down $100,000 on a condo in Morrestown.
