Andrews finally reports

The Philadelphia Eagles today announced G Shawn Andrews has reported to training camp at Lehigh University Sunday. He was removed from the reserve/did not report list and placed on the active/PUP list. To make room on the 80-man roster, OL Franklin Dunbar was waived/injured.
