Sixers top Spurs in Rocky Mountain Revue

The Sixers roared out of the gates with a 12-0 run and never looked back as they thumped the San Antonio Spurs , 91-75, at the Rocky Mountain Revue.

Louis Amundson shot 4-for-5 from the field, connected on two free throws, and grabbed five rebounds in the first quarter for the Sixers. Second-year guard Lou Williams added ten points as the Sixers finished the opening frame with a commanding 32-14 advantage.

The Spurs fought back to within 15 points with four minutes left in the game but that was as close as it got. Rookie Thaddeus Young topped five double figure scorers for the Sixers with 19 points. Amundson finished with the game's only double-double with 17 points and 11 boards.
