Marco Belinelli poured in 23 points to lead Golden State over the Sixers, 94-87, in Summer League play. Louis Williams led the way for Philadelphia with 23 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in 31 minutes of action. Rodney Carney chipped in with 19 points.
The Sixers had a 47-42 halftime lead but the Warriors blitzed the Sixers 30-14 in the third and cruised from there.
"Overall I did a better job of distributing the ball" said Warriors guard Pierre Pierce who had 21 points. "They (the coaching staff) wanted me to push the ball and get it into the hands of shooters."
