Reid: Westbrook, Jackson day-to-day

The notable news coming from Andy Reid's Monday afternoon press conference was that Brian Westbrook (ankle) and DeSean Jackson (groin) are day to day. Meanwhile Kevin Kolb will remain the starter if Donovan McNabb can't go next week.

It's that time of the year and I'm gonna bet Westbrook rarely practices for the rest of the season but will show up on Sundays. As for Kolb, I'll be the first to admit he performed far better than expected but the object is to win games not complile fantasy football points. By any measure, Jeff Garcia gives you a better opportunity. He won't throw for 391 yards but he will manage things and get you the "W."

You have to expect that the Eagles can beat the Chiefs with Kolb, Garcia, Michael Vick or Mike Boryla. Here's the difference...Kansas City could rise up and beat the Birds with Kolb under center. With Garcia handing things, it's a no-brainer.
