Here's the scenario...Donovan McNabb can't play until after the bye week and Kevin Kolb stinks it up next week against the Saints. Does Michael Vick start in Week 3 when he is eligible?
Not according to Yahoo Sports!, which reported that the Eagles are not considering starting Vick even if McNabb must sit for a considerable time.
"Not now," an Eagles insider told Yahoo via text message. "Wouldn't be fair."
Wouldn't be fair? What is this? Sterling Knights pee-wee football?
The NFC isn't exactly loaded with big-time teams and the Eagles can't afford a hiccup while waiting for McNabb to get healthy. Is this team really worried about alienating a guy like Kolb?
