Rookie first round pick Jeremy Maclin will starts alongside Brandon Gibson at wide receiver in Thursday's preseason finale against the Jets. Joe Mays is back in at middle linebacker since Omar Gaither is banged up again.
Brian Westbrook won't play again but LeSean McCoy will play about one quarter at running back.
The first team offensive line will not play unless injuries force them into action.
Quintin Demps and Sean Jones will start at safety with rookie Macho Harris also getting a lot of work.
As previously reported, Kevin Kolb will get the start under center will Michael Vick working in at times and taking over in the third quarter.
