London Iguodala was born May 7 to 23-year-old Clayanna Warthen of Clementon, N.J. and the women is asking for $12,000 to $15,000 a month. Iguodala’s attorney, Charles Meyer of Blue Bell, claims his client wants to “generously provide” for London but Warthen’s demands “were beyond what is reasonable.”
Warthen's lawsuit, filed Thursday in Camden County, N.J., says she has no income and had to get medical coverage through the state of New Jersey.
Meyer countered that Iguodala has already enrolled the baby in an NBA medical insurance policy.
