Judge Albert Sheppard has ruled the City of Philadelphia owes the Eagles $5 million in a long running legal battle over a canceled preseason game with the Baltimore Ravens at the old Veterans Stadium in August of 2001.
Previously, Sheppard ruled the Eagles owe the city $8 million in skybox revenue from past games at the Vet.
Today's ruling means the Birds will have to cut a check to the city for $3 million, far more than Joe Banner claimed the franchise owed.
