Donovan McNabb hasn't spent much time talking this offseason and that's always a good thing when placing your foot in your mouth is a favorite hobby. So, noe news is news with DMac these days.

McNabb has expressed confidence to reporters that progress is being made in talks between Eagles management and his agent on a contract extension saying “It will take care of itself."

McNabb has two years left on his current deal and is due $9.2 million this season and $10 million in 2010.

Comcast SportsNet Derrick Gunn reported last week that a restructuring is in the works where a portion of those base salaries might be converted into guaranteed money but no extension.
