Washington Times writer Mark Zuckerman briefly mentions (very last paragraph of page 1) that the Phillies are among three teams interested in Nationals outfielder Ryan Church.
Church would fill the Phillies' void of a left-handed outfielder created by the departure by David Dellucci. The 28-year-old hit .276 with 10 homers in 71 games last season.
