Kevin Stefanski, the son of Sixers GM Ed Stefanski, was promoted to quality control coach -- offense for the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday.
Stefanski spent his first three years on Brad Childress' staff as assistant to the head coach.
Prior to joining the Vikings, Stefanski was the assistant director of football operations at Penn in 2005, where he was also a four-year letterman as a standout safety from 2000-04.
He will now assist offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell and QB coach Kevin Rogers.
