Philly is Passion-ate


Philadelphia has been granted a franchise in the Lingerie Football League.

The Philadelphia Passion will kick off their inaugural season on Nov. 6 at Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton against the Miami Caliente.

“We are incredibly excited to join legendary teams such as the 76ers, Devils, Nets, Flyers and Eagles,” said LFL founder Mitchell Mortaza in a press release.

The Passion will hold an open tryout from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. on May 13 at the United Sports Complex in Downingtown.

Women between the ages of 18-28 that reside in either Pennsylvania or New Jersey are invited.
