Bob Salmi will not be back as the Sixers color analyst.
"At the conclusion of the Sixers' 2008-09 season, we evaluated all areas of the Sixers telecast,:ComcastSportsnet director of communications Maureen Quilter said. "With this, Comcast SportsNet has decided not to renew the contract of broadcaster Bob Salmi. We thank Bob for his contributions to the network."
