Highly-Touted Notre Dame freshman Jimmy Clausen will start at quarterback Saturday against Penn State as the Irish look to rebound from a season-opening 33-3 shellacking at the hands of Georgia Tech.
Clausen was rated by most as the top high school recruit in the country last year but was the third-stringer last week following offseason arm surgery.
