Flyers fans had the unique opportunity to "Meet The Flyers" last weekend at the Virtua Center Flyers Skate Zone. Over 600 fans were on hand to hear from newcomers Danny Briere, Martin Biron, Scott Hartnell and Joffrey Lupul and returning veterans Simon Gagne, Mike Knuble and Sami Kapanen. President and Chief Operation Officer of Comcast Spectacor Peter Luukko, Flyers General Manager Paul Holmgren and Head Coach John Stevens were also part of the program, which was hosted by Comcast SportsNet's Michael Barkann and Keith Jones.
Debuting on Sunday, September 23 at 7 p.m., all Flyers fans will have the opportunity to "Meet The Flyers" as Comcast SportsNet will air this one-of-a kind show.
In addition, "Meet The Flyers," will be shown exclusively on Comcast SportsNet on Monday, September 24 at 11 a.m.; Saturday, September 29 at 4 p.m. and Thursday, October 4 at 8:30 p.m. It will also be available on Comcast ON DEMAND beginning on Friday, October 5.
