The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Texans are a late entrant into the Jeff Garcia sweepstakes, hoping to nab the veteran signal-caller to be their starter next season.
Thew NFL Network, meanwhile, is reporting that Garcia is supposed to meet with the Raiders on Friday.
