Garcia leaves after one inning with injury

Per the Philadelphia Daily News' Paul Hagen, starting pitcher Freddy Garcia left Wednesday's start against Toronto after just one inning with a "tight right bicep."

Garcia went back to the club's camp in Clearwater to be examined by head athletic trainer Scott Sheridan. An update isn't expected until Thursday.

Coincidentally, the news came just hours after manager Charlie Manuel announced that Jon Lieber will begin the season in the bullpen.
