Clark Judge of CBSSports.com is reporting that the Eagles are close to sending cornerback Sheldon Brown and linebacker Chris Gocong to the Cleveland Browns for either a player and a draft pick or two picks and a backup player.
An Eagles source told the Philadelphia Daily News that the deal is contingent on Brown agreeing to a contract extension.
