ESPN Deportes' Will Gonzalez snared an interview with Phillies General Manager Ruben Amaro, Jr., where Ruben admitted the defending NL champions are already negotiating with Pedro Martinez in regard to another midseason return to Philadelphia.
Pedro started throwing last week and Amaro said there is no rush from either side.
"Right now he's trying to train, still not ready to pitch," Amaro said in Spanish.
