Dawkins to tackle radio show
Philly Sports Radio 950 announced that Eagles Safety Brian Dawkins will team up with the station to host 'The Brian Dawkins Show' every Monday night from Finnigan's Wake at 3rd and Spring Garden streets in Philadelphia.

950 is an absolute disgrace. Their ratings aren't even a fourth of WIP.
They got Glenn Foley though on their morning show. I mean how would people not want to listen to a former great like him.
Why would you base how good a station is on ratings. WIP's been around forever, 950 is just beginning to make a name for itself. Have you even listened? A true Philly sports fan would much rather prefer the intelligent insight from the personable Jody Mac that the obnoxious and clueless Howard Eskin, who apparent receives paychecks from the Eagles and, when pressed, can't provide anything beyond surface knowledge of sports. And don't get me started on the mind numbing Gargano and Martarano combination. They seem to enjoy just listening to each other talk. Probably in fear of being targeted as the frauds they are.
Why would you base your view on ratings? Because that shows how many people have their dial tuned into the station, that is why. 950 has syndicated crap that no one cares about. WIP offers entertainment. Nobody wants to listen to just pure opinion because no one cares. The callers on WIP are great and bring excitement to the show. 950 doesn't even have callers so Jody Mac just interviews 500 people.
