The Eagles today announced they have agreed to terms with cornerback William James on a one-year contract. James had been an unrestricted free agent.
In other news, the Birds are scheduled to have free agent linebacker Ryan Fowler in for a visit today.
James was originally inked by the Eagles on October 30, 2006, and saw action in three regular season games and one postseason contest, registering nine tackles and three passes defensed.
The 27-year old James was a third round draft choice of the Giants in 2001.
