...Maybe anyway. Nicholas Cotsonika of the Detroit Free Press says the Eagles have shown interest in St. Louis Rams free agent wide receiver Kevin Curtis. Minnesota put the full-court press on Curtis as free agency opened but he left Minneapolis without signing a deal and headed to Detroit. It was widely believed Curtis wanted to reunite with Mike Martz and would sign with the Lions.
But, Curtis' agent, Tom Condon, couldn't hammer out a deal with the Motor City Kitties and the speedy receiver fired him today. Now, comes word he is off to meet with the Giants on Tuesday and is now drawing interest from the Birds as well.
