Senator Schilling?

The Senate is always looking for more blowhards so former Phils pitcher Curt Schilling is naturally interested.

"Red Light Curt" wrote in his blog that he has "some interest" in running for the late Edward M. Kennedy's Senate seat.

The former All-Star says doing the required work to become a candidate would mean "many, many things would have to align themselves."

Schilling still lives in suburban Boston and is a registered independent but campaigned for both President George W. Bush in 2004 and Sen. John McCain in 2008.
