ESPN The Magazine's Buster Olneyis reporting that Pat Burrell has agreed in principle to a two-year, $16 million contract with the Tampa Bay Rays. The deal is pending a physical.
Burrell, who batted .250 with 33 homers with the Phillies last season, is expected to be the DH in Tampa.
