Phillies recall Bisenius

The Phillies recalled right-hander Joe Bisenius on Sunday, while left-hander R.J. Swindle was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.

Bisenius combined to go 2-4 with a 4.78 ERA in 27 games between Double-A Reading and Lehigh Valley this season. He pitched in two games with the Phillies in 2007.

Swindle appeared in three games for the Phils this season, allowing nine hits and four earned runs in 4 2/3 innings with a 7.71 ERA.
