The Eagles signed undrafted wide receiver Andre Bowman of Oklahoma State on Wednesday. Bowman has great size (6-foot-4, 200 pounds) and was once projected as a third-round pick until a marijuana possession charge and some slow 40 times knocked him off a lot of team's draft boards.
