Keystone Sports and Entertainment, LLC, the Major League Soccer Philadelphia 2010 ownership group, hired Rob Smith as Director of Operations and Dave Debusschere as Chief Financial Officer on Monday.
Smith and Debusschere will officially begin their new assignments on June 2.

Rob has roots here in the Philadelphia region but is recognized across the country for his outstanding work with FC DELCO.
