Rutgers football to air nationally on XM Radio

Five Rutgers football games will be broadcast live on XM Satellite Radio this season, including the Scarlet Knights’ season-opener vs. Buffalo on Thursday, August 30. All of the games will use the radio feed from the Rutgers Radio Network, featuring play-by-play voice Chris Carlin and color analyst and former RU tight end Tim Pernetti.

In addition to the Buffalo game, XM will also carry the Cincinnati game on Oct. 6, the South Florida game on Oct. 18, the West Virginia game on Oct. 27 and the Louisville game on Nov. 29.
