The Phillies placed struggling starter Adam Eaton on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday with right shoulder inflammation. Eaton has been awful recently, compiling a 7.98 earned run average in his last 10 outings.
Mike Zagurski was recalled from Triple-A Ottawa to take Eaton's spot on the roster and J.D. Durbin will take his spot in the rotation.
