Toxicology reports have revealed that the death of former woman's pro wrestling star Trudy "Luna" Vachon was due to an accidental drug overdose.
According to tmz.com, the District Six Medical Examiner's Office in Florida revealed that Vachon perished back on August 27 from a lethal dose of oxycodone and benzodiazepine.
