The Flyers have recalled left wing Andreas Nodl from their American Hockey League affiliate, the Adirondack Phantoms.
Nodl, who will be available to play in tonight's season opener at Pittsburgh, appeared in seven of Philadelphia's eight preseason games. He did not register a point and had six shots and a -1 rating to go along with two penalty minutes.
