PHILADELPHIA (10/12/10) - Philadelphia sports fans will have the opportunity to catch a sporting extravaganza on Saturday in South Philadelphia.
Temple (4-2, 1-1 MAC) hosts Bowling Green (1-5, 0-2 MAC) in its annual Homecoming game at 1 p.m. at Lincoln Financial Field. Later that day, the Phillies host the San Francisco Giants in Game 1 of the
National League Championship Series (time tba) at Citizens Bank Park, while the Flyers host the Pittsburgh Penguins at 7 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Center.
Fans that show a Phillies' or Flyers' ticket (dated Oct. 16) at the Lincoln Financial Field Box Office that day can get a Temple-Bowling Green football ticket for only $10.
