Phils agree to terms with Ibanez

A report on ESPN.com and FOXSports.com on Friday said the Phillies have agreed to a three-year contract with former Seattle Mariners outfielder Raul Ibanez, pending his passing of a physical.

The deal is believed to be worth $30 million.

A Phillies spokesman has told MLB.com that discussions with Ibanez are ongoing, but nothing is finalized.
