The Philadelphia Eagles have signed former Penn State safety Anthony Scirrotto to replace safety Antoine Harris on the training camp roster.
Harris was placed on injured reserve with a Lis Franc foot sprain.
The 23-year-old Scirrotto (6-0, 202) spent time on the Giants practice squad in 2009, after initially signing with the Panthers as a rookie free agent. Scirrotto attended Penn State, where he was a two-time first-team All-Big Ten selection and had 61 tackles as a senior. A local product, Scirrotto is a native of West Deptford, NJ.
