Rosen confirmed the news by putting a picture of his contract on both his Facebook and Twitter pages.
Rosen, 23, is was the Ivy League Player of the Year last season and left Penn as the school's all-time leader in assists (588), games started (115) and minutes played (4,198).
He also played four games for the Sixers’ Summer League entry in Orlando, averaging 3.0 points and 3.3 assists.
