The Philadelphia Soul have announced the 2011 Soulmate Dance Team for the 2011 season. Pictures of the dancers can be found on the team’s website – www.philadelphiasoul.com. Meanwhile, the team made its first first television appearance on Fox 29’s Good Day, today at approximately 9:45 a.m.
The dancers making the squad are: Alexandra P., Allison H., Antoinette G., Erin A., Brittany C., Alyssa S., Kathryn L., Christina D., Deonna B., Brianna M., Kristina G., Briana D., Ciara O., Melissa D., Diandra C., Yasmine S., Amanda J., Britni Z., Christina D., Joanna A., Adrienne C., Kristan B. and Brett E.
“The overall group of finalists were very impressive,” said Soulmate choreographer Andrea Mychaels. “I am very happy with our 2011 Soulmate squad and I am confident that we will be excellent representatives of the team and city of Philadelphia.”
The Philadelphia Soul, which will be entering its sixth AFL season, returns to the field when they travel to the Pittsburgh Power on March 11. The first opportunity to see the Soulmates on the field will be at the Soul’s first home game against the Tampa Bay Storm on April 15 at Wells Fargo Center.
