WIP's Garry Cobb, the former Eagles linebacker, is reporting that the Eagles have offered a contract extension to quarterback Kevin Kolb.
The report cites a “source” but doesn't indicate whether it came from someone in Kolb's camp, a team or league source.
If true, this could be an indication the Eagles are ready to part ways with Donovan McNabb.
However, Goeff Mosher is reporting that a league source informed him that the reports Kolb is being offereed an extension are "ridiculously false."
