Sixers' Randolph to undergo surgery

Philadelphia 76ers forward Shavlik Randolph fractured and dislocated his left ankle during practice this afternoon. Randolph will undergo surgery at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center this evening. Dr. Enyi Okereke will perform the surgery, with 76ers team physician Dr. Jack McPhilemy present during the procedure.

"It is unfortunate Shav got hurt today," said 76ers President Billy King. "He will be missed as he is an integral part of this team, but I am confident that the rest of the guys will step up in his absence."
